Perhaps your mailbox looks like mine–filled with the Thanksgiving issue of all of my favorite magazines. Each cover displays a mouth-watering dish that begs to be made for Thanksgiving dinner. Over the next few weeks, I will work my way through my magazines, contemplating which yummy dish should be rotated into the classics. I hope you are missing Canadian magazines in your mailbox, Alicia – Chatelaine and Canadian Living! (Of course, Canadian Thanksgiving is long ago over.) I often get Ina Garten cookbooks out of the library and think of you. Nothing beats a big bowl of homemade fall soup on a rainy Vancouver day.
