In case you were wondering how Friday’s Open House went, we had a smaller group of students than usual. It was a busy weekend at The Brook with Homecoming activities and athletic competitions happening Friday evening. Saturday was also the SAT exam so many students were preparing for the test.
Both Brad and I enjoyed the mellow vibe and slower pace of the evening. I actually sat in a chair by the fire and visited with students. Ironically, we have lots of snacks leftover, but that’s okay. They will be used at an upcoming Open Dorm.
